Unbelievably, the first semester officially ended Friday, January 13, 2012. We are on to our 2^nd half of a terrific school year. Our school’s 1^st Semester chapel offerings designated for Luther High School amounted to $412.48. Thank you, students, for your gifts to the Lord’s work.

Students now look forward to ice skating, the symphony orchestra, Mini-Hawks Saturday basketball, Kindergarten Fun & Fitness at Luther High School, and a couple of days off of school as teachers attend conferences (Jan. 23 & Feb 16–17). The 3-8^th grade basketball teams look forward to the season ending tournaments in at Luther High (2-3-12)and at Martin Luther College (2-24-12).
 
The faculty and staff sincerely thank all for the gifts and cards received at Christmas. They certainly warmed our hearts! We would also like to thank the students for their outstanding performances of the Children’s Christmas Service.
Copies of the service (DVD) are still available at no cost from the school office!
